We are located about a one-half of a mile south of Ken Stewart's Lodge, and three-auarters of a mile south of where Ira Road and Cleveland Massillon Road intersect, two miles north of Bath Elementary and Bath Fire Department, which are located at the intersection of Bath Road and Cleveland Massillon Road.

Boarder drop off and pick up only Weds and Sunday 5:00pm to 5:30 pm, no doctor available

Doctor's hours are by appointment and vary from office hours.
